Equity and Inclusion

• Foster community within UCS that promotes the inclusion of all identities both inside of UCS and with the greater student body.

• Support students in advocating for equity and justice-based reforms

• Ensure that in initiatives and collaborations, diversity and inclusion encompasses race, class, gender, sexuality, disability, nationality, geography, and more.

• Serve as a primary resource for all UCS members in prioritizing diversity & inclusion within meetings, projects, collaborations, etc.
